Homeowner questionsDo you have a home staging or a home decorating question? Maybe you just need some input and are wondering if someone can help you? I recently had these 3 questions from different people and wanted to share my answers with you in this week’s podcast episode. Here are the questions: 1. Will you tell me or suggest to me if I should put a kitchen nook in or use my kitchen space as a dining area also because I do not have a dining room? 2. From a previous client - The renovations have actually been pretty frustrating. I don’t know if part of your services may include checking them out, but I’d be glad to pay you for some help with eyes on. 3. I have a client that is potentially looking at staging their home. Is this within your serviceable range? Here is the recent Zillow entry that will give you an idea of the home for sizing. If you could provide general pricing for all common living spaces, and then just the main bedroom that would be great. Depending on pricing we may stage an office for one of the secondary bedrooms. Listen to the podcast below to hear my answers!
P.S. Thanks to those of you who answered my question last week about checklists. I've been working on some new checklists in my Etsy shop (WillowBrookPrintable) and have an upcoming one for a Ski Trip Packing Checklist. Keep an eye out for it here. And that’s when we get into trouble with losing things that you didn’t realize are still in there. This past week I worked on cleaning out my pantry and I want to give you some tips and tricks I used during this pantry cleanout and challenge you to a Pantry Cleanout...

Now I wanted to tell you to stop doing this one thing...but I can’t stop with just one…so I will share at least two things to stop doing. 1. Stop leaving family photos up or nude pictures. Enjoy the holidays Is this going to be the last Christmas in your home? Are you selling it next year? Home selling can be stressful, but you don’t have to do it alone.
